Embed Favist on your website

Favist is portable. You can embed your favorites or your bio into any website, blog, or fan page. Three levels:

• A single favorite: one item as a card.
• A collection: a grid of favorites, with play-in-place (music/videos play right inside the embed).
• Your bio: your whole profile page.

Get the embed code

• Single item: open it → ⋮ menu → Embed on your site.
• Collection: Share → Embed on your site (public collections).
• Bio: your profile → Embed my bio on another site.

Pick your options and copy the snippet:

• Theme: dark or light.
• Frame: with a slim Favist header/footer band, or without (pure content that blends into your page).

The Copy embed code button gives you a ready-to-paste iframe that auto-resizes to fit its content, no coding needed. It points at a URL like favist.ai/embed/list/your-slug?theme=dark&frame=1 (or /embed/profile/yourhandle, or /embed/s/item-id). Just paste it into your site's HTML.

Auto-embed on paste (oEmbed)

On platforms that support oEmbed: WordPress, Notion, Slack, Discourse, Ghost, just paste a Favist link (like favist.ai/list/your-slug) on its own line and it expands into the embed automatically. No code needed.

Good to know

• Embeds are read-only and always link back to Favist.
• Only public collections can be embedded (private ones have no public view).
• Embeds are not search-indexed and stay in sync with your live Favist content.
